Respondents PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned order passed by the first respondent in A.Thi.Mu/1011/Aa1/2014, dated 06.02.2014 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the first respondent to grant the conductor licence to the petitioner.
