ORDER

This Criminal Original petition is filed for a direction to complete the trial in Cr.M.P.No.11 of 2015 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil, within a time frame. 2.Mr.R.Joseph Thankaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent has filed a case under Domestic Violence Act, in the year 2015 and thereafter, they have been regularly appearing before the Court and there is no progress, which causes undue hardship and irreparable loss to the petitioners.

nbj 3.It is further submitted that the petitioners are family members and they have been falsely roped in this case and they are ready for early disposal of the case.

4.Considering the submission, without going into the merits of the matter, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil, is directed to dispose of the case in Cr.M.P.No.11 of 2015 within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
