ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader produced copy of the survey sketch already served on the petitioner. The petitioner's grievance appears to be that encroachments were not identified. That is not the job of a survey exercise. In survey exercise, four boundaries alone will be shown and nothing else. The petitioner's grievance is ill-founded and the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. 22.04.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No ias To:- 1.The Tahsildar, Thiruverumbur Taluk Office, Thiruverumbur, Trichy District.
