Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to revise the pay of the petitioner in the post of Checking Inspector with retrospective effect from 01.09.2010 in terms of Government Order in G.O.(Ms).No.61, Transport (C) Department dated 30.04.2015 and as per Clause 1 of settlement dated 13.04.2015 and further directing the respondents to pay him the difference amount in petitioner's salary from 01.09.2010 to 31.03.2015 and to pay difference in the petitioner's retirement benefits including difference in monthly pension, gratuity, leave salary, commuted value of pension and all other attendant benefits payable to him from 01.04.2015 to till date together with interest at the rate of 18% per annum.

Though the prayer in the writ petition is widely worded, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied, if his representation dated 05.10.2015 is disposed of by the second respondent in the light of G.O.(Ms)No.61 Transport (c) Department, dated 30.04.2015 and Clause 1 of the settlement, dated 13.04.2015 entered under Section 12(3) of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. In view of the limited prayer made, a direction is issued to the second respondent to dispose of the representation referred to above by taking into account G.O.(Ms)No.61 Transport (c) Department, dated 30.04.2015 and Clause 1 of the settlement, dated 13.04.2015 entered under Section 12(3) of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No Costs.
