ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been for issuing a direction to the 3rd respondent police to execute the Non bailable Warrant issued by the learned Family Judge, Madurai, by its order, dated 04.09.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.57 of 2021 in M.C.No.74 of 2008.
2. The petitioner has filed Crl.M.P.No.57 of 2021 before the Family Court, Madurai for collection of arrears of maintenance amount. In the said case, the 4th respondent did not appear and hence, the warrant has been issued.
3. Since the non-bailable warrant was issued only for collection of arrears of maintenance amount, there shall be a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai to take appropriate procedure to receive the amount.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
