The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to remove the petitioner's name from the History Sheet No.190 of 2002, on the file of the third respondent, by considering petitioner's representation dated 26.03.2024.

2.According to the petitioner, there is no case pending against the petitioner as on date.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner's representation dated 26.03.2024 will be considered in the 2/4

next review meeting scheduled to be conducted in the month of June 2024 and the case of the petitioner will be reviewed. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed with a direction to the respondents police to take a call on the petitioner's representation dated 26.03.2024, on or before 30.06.2024.
