The instant Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court, dated 13.12.2023 made in W.P(MD)No.29544 of 2023.

2. Pending Contempt Petition, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Transport Corporation has brought to the notice of the Court that, an order in favour of the writ petitioner has been passed on 28.06.2024, disbursing a sum of Rs.66,169/-.
