This Petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to file a final report in connection with Crime No.353 of 2015 on the file of the respondent Police within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police has submitted that if three months time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the respondent Police before the concerned Court. 4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Police to complete
the investigation and to file the final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
