Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MUTHUVAI ILAYARAJA K, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.578 of 2023 dated 10.01.2023.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order is copy made ready, on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the credit of the Taluk Legal Services Authority attached to the concerned Court. Thereafter, no further extension will be given.
