ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner, dated 14.02.2016 in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. According to the complaint, the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.7,40,000/- out of the total sale consideration of Rs.9 lakhs. On such payment being made, an agreement of sale has been entered into between the petitioner and the accused persons. However, when the petitioner urged the accused persons to register the sale in favour of the petitioner on paying the balance amount, the accused persons threatened him to cancel the sale agreement. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit

that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired into and the same has been closed and the closure report has been served on the petitioner herein through post.

4. Recording the submission made, this petition is dismissed. Since the learned counsel for the petitioner has disputed the receipt of the closure report, the respondents are directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner. On receipt of the closure report, it is open to the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law.
