The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 21.01.2025 seeking cancellation of patta issued to the 5th respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents.

Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 21.01.2025 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner as well as the 5th respondent, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
