ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 120(b), 307 IPC in Crime No.988 of 2010, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.This case was in the year of 2010. After completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed and taken on file in P.R.C.No.8 of 2012 pending committal. Due to the absence of the petitioner, non-bailable warrant came to be issued on 20.06.2016. Thereafter, the case against the petitioner was spilit up and numbered as P.R.C.No.20 of 2017.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was taking natural treatment and due to the same he was unable to appear before the Court below. He undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4.Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai, within a period of two weeks from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

date of receipt of a copy of this order and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him. The concerned Magistrate is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day.

5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
