ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who arrayed as A2 arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.04.2016 for the alleged offences under Section 295 of IPC r/w. Section 3 of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.69 of 2016 on the file of the respondent Police and hence, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner entered into the temple and damaged the idol of Lord Muniyappasamy with JCB and also damaged the silver shield and all the articles of worship. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation of the case is pending.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the leaned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact the investigation of the case is pending, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
