ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 294(b), 332, 352, 307 IPC in Crime No.107 of 2014, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after investigation, the respondent has filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Kuzhithurai and the same was taken on file in P.R.C.No.9 of 2014. On an one hearing, the petitioner was unable to appear before the Court below and hence, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 02.03.2016. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4.Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Kuzhithurai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him. Magistrate is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day. The petitioner is also directed to appear before the court below till the committal, without fail. 5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
