This petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent police to withdraw the enquiry made on the petitioner's online complaint dated 05.05.2020 in complaint ID HLT20043978 pending on the file of the respondents 2 and 3 and entrust the same to any other Investigation Officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would submit that upon receipt of the complaint, dated 05.05.2020, given by the petitioner, enquiry has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8671 of 2020 been initiated in CSR No.110 of 2020. Subsequent to that, during the time of enquiry, it is found that the dispute between the petitioner and the opposed party, is in respect of money transaction and hence, the third respondent police had closed the enquiry on 25.08.2020.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is closed.
