ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is the sole accused and he was arrested by the respondent police on 02.04.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(A) of T.N.P.Act, in Crime No.143 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence and prays for anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner was found in possession of 12 bottles, each contains 180 ml of black pearl brandy for the purpose of sales without any valid permit. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody from 02.04.2016, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only)

with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kodaikanal and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
