ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is the accused No.1 and he was arrested by the respondent police on 26.02.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 342, 376, 366, 392 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.134 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence and prays for bail in favour of the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the victim girl is aged about 23 years and the material part of the investigation is over.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody from 26.02.2016, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Mahila Court (Judicial Magistrate Cadre), Madurai and on
