ORDER

It is a petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint, dated 18.04.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. The petitioner has preferred a complaint against the accused persons stating that the accused persons had misappropriated the amount belonging to the petitioner Uravinmurai.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR has been registered on 25.04.2016 in Crime No.291 of 2016 for offences under Sections 420, 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
