This Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to file a final report in Crime No.464 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent police within a period stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police has submitted that if six months time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the respondent Police before the concerned Court. The said statement is recorded.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation and to file the final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
