This application is filed seeking police protection to the petitioner herein on the facts stated in the petition.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that no representation has been received by the respondents from the petitioner.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to give a representation to the second respondent and on receipt of such representation, the second respondent is directed to consider the same on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
