Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SENDHIL KUMAR M, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3608 of 2023, dated 08.03.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3608 of 2023, dated 08.03.2023. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
