RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order of Modification, to modify the condition no.(b) made in order dated 22/11/2018 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20718/2018 on the file of this Honourable High Court to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 6.00 p.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation instead of directing the petitioners to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.SIVA RAMA KRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.S.CHANDRASEKAR,Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.20718 of 2018 on 22.11.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly till date.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.20718 of 2018 on 22.11.2018. is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall be available, as and when required by the respondent.
