This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3516 of 2020 to the petitioners to surrender before the learned 3rd Additional District Judge / PCR Court, Madurai.

2.Heard the learned counsels appearing on either side. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is ordered and a further period of one week from today is granted for the petitioners to surrender before the trial Court, as a last chance.
