ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C., in Crime No.not known of 2016 and seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that a case has been registered on 25.04.2016 in Crime No.184 of 2016 for offence under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Ordinance 2015, and he has also produced copy of the FIR before this Court.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition is dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition in the above crime number.
