COMMON PRAYER: Petitions filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the contemnor / petitioner for the contempt committed him for wilful disobedience of the direction given in the common order dated 28.11.2025 of this court in WP(MD)Nos.22549, 23480 & 12613 of 2019, 13263 & 13266 of 2021.

For Petitioner : Mr.T.Ravichandran For Respondent : Mr.R.Suresh Kumar in all petitions COMMON ORDER These contempt petitions are filed that the common order dated 28.11.2025 of this court passed in WP(MD)Nos.22549, 23480 & 12613 of 2019, 13263 & 13266 of 2021 has not been complied with.

2.When these contempt petitions are taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that as against the order of this court the Municipality has filed WA(MD)Nos.779 of 2026 to 797 of 2026 and the same are pending.
