Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to survey and measure the petitioner's property situated in Survey No.62/3A1 at Ironpaniyamalai Village, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus to direct the third respondent to survey and measure his property situated in Survey No.62/3A1 at Ironpaniyamalai Village, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District.

2. Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the application, dated 23.07.2015 is yet to be considered, even though he paid the necessary fees for effecting the survey.

4. Considering the above said facts and circumstances and without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the second and third respondents to consider the application, dated 23.07.2015 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
