ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 406 and 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.9 of 2016 and seeks anticipatory bail. 2.On 24.06.2016, the learned counsel for the petitioner took time for reporting settlement.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that earlier the petitioner withdrew the application as this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Now there is no change of circumstances.

5. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition is dismissed.
