ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.PETHU RAJESH, Advocate for the petitioner and not appeared for the respondents either in person or through by an advocate, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 217 days in filing the above appeal in C.M.A.(MD)SR.No.29194 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed on the payment of costs of Rs.700/- to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Court, within a period of two weeks from today. Failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
