ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing direction to the learned Fast Track Mahila Judge, Dindigul to consider the bail application filed by the petitioners herein and pass orders on the same day, in the event of of their appearance before the said Court in connection with the case in Spl.S.C.No.13 of 2019 pending on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Dindigul.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that even though the Special Act has been included in the alteration report they are not going to make any arrest.

3. Let they appear before the concerned Special Court when the above said case is pending, execute the bond to the satisfaction of 2/4

the concerned Court after following the due procedure by sending notice to the defacto complainant.

4. With the above said above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly. 17.04.2023 NCC :
