This petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 07.10.2015 in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. According to the complaint, there is a money dispute between the petitioner company and the accused company with regard to supply of electricity.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired into

and the same has been closed and the closure report has been sent to the petitioner herein through post.
