ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.03.2016 for the offences punishable under 306 and 511 I.P.C. in Crime No.61 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.
3. It is seen that this petitioner's wife attempted to commit suicide, but her attempt failed. Pursuant to which, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner's mother-in-law, the respondent police registered a case in Cr.No.61 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 306 and 511 I.P.C. and the petitioner was arrested on 29.03.2016.
4. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, subject to the following conditions: (i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the (*)learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi; (ii) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation;
(iii) the petitioner shall not tamper with evidence or witness either during investigation or trial.
(iv) the petitioner shall not abscond either during investigation or trial.

and the petitioner released on bail by the learned Magistrate/Trial Court himself as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in P.K.Shaji vs. State of Kerala [(2005)AIR SCW 5560];
