This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to transfer the case in H.M.O.P.No.68 of 2023 from the Sub Court, Poonamallee, Chennai to the Sub Court, Ramanathapuram.

2. Despite notice was served on the sole respondent and the name was printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of this petition for transfer of H.M.O.P.No.68 of 2023 from the Sub Court, Poonamallee, Chennai to the Sub Court, Ramanathapuram, this Court is inclined to allow this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition by transferring H.M.O.P.No.68 of 2023 from the Sub Court, Poonamallee, Chennai to the Sub Court, Ramanathapuram. The Sub Court, Ramanathapuram shall endeavour to dispose H.M.O.P.No.68 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of 15 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
