Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SENTHIL PRABHAKAR R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.THANAGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent No.1, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition 6(b) imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14037 of 2022 dated 07.03.2023.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners so far as the condition No.6 and 6(b) are modified as follows:

CRL MP(MD) No.6437 of 2023 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai, Trichy District, on condition that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two common sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or to the police officer, who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that"
