Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to remove the encroachment being made by the respondents 6 to 8 by blocking the "cart track which is presently used as public pathway" and a portion of "oorani" with pillars and coverage of barbed wire fencing in Survey No.31, Nedumaram Village, Panichakudi Group, Mangalakudi Sub Track, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, in the light of the direction issued by the second respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.P5/4328/2020, dated 05.05.2021 and on the strength of the representation dated 13.05.2021, as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Court. (Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J.) Heard Mr.R.Anand, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Manikkam, learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to the fourth respondent to remove the encroachment made by the respondents 6 to 8 by blocking the cart track, which is presently used as public pathway and a portion of oorani with pillars and coverage of barbed wire fencing in Survey No.31, Nedumaram Village, Panichakudi Group, Mangalakudi Sub Track, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, in the light of the direction issued by the second respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.P5/4328/2020, dated 05.05.2021 and on the strength of the representation dated 13.05.2021.

3. The learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the encroachments were fully removed and to substantiate the same, photographs have been produced.

4. The said statement of the learned Standing counsel is placed on record and the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
