O RDER This petition is filed to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner for his worship in the temple, namely, Sri Vadakattamman Temple situated at Thamaraikulam Village, Kanyakumari District.

2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is a Trustee of the temple and the accused are interfering in the Administration of the temple and prayed for police protection.

3. On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that the complaint was already lodged and the same was closed as "civil in nature" and both the parties were directed to approach the Civil Forum.

4. In view of the above submission made by the prosecution, this Petition is dismissed.
