ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case on the complaint, dated 25.11.2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The sum and substance of the complaint made by the petitioner is that one Veerapandi is stated to have been entered into the property of the petitioner thereby causing disturbance to the petitioner and trying to encroach his property.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired into and on the finding that the petitioner would seek remedy through the civil Court, the enquiry has been closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Recording the submission made, this petition is dismissed. The 2nd respondent is directed to send a copy of the closure report to the petitioner and it is open to the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law.
