O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case against the accused on the complaint dated 24.03.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The sum and substance of the complaint made by the petitioner is that there is a civil suit pending in O.S.No.752 of 2015, between the petitioner herein and his father. It is further averred that in his absence, his father and others entered into the house of the petitioner and taken away some of the articles. Therefore, a complaint came to be lodged with the 2nd respondent and since no action has been taken, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit

that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired into and the same has been closed, as it is a family dispute and the parties agreed to go before the civil Court.

5. Recording the submission made, this petition is closed. The 2nd respondent is directed to send a copy of the closure report to the petitioner and it is open to the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law.
