The petitioners have approached this Court that the respondent police is harassing them under the guise of an enquiry. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the respondents are not harassing the petitioners. Based on the complaint given by the private respondents, the respondent Police have conducted a Current Paper enquiry as against the petitioners and now the same is closed.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
