This Petition is filed to direct the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-Special Court for trial of SC/ST Cases (POA) Dindigul to dispose the (*)Crl.M.P.No.1265 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible.

2. The petitioner/ defacto complainant has filed a protest petition as against 1/3

the final report filed by the respondent police and he has approached this Court seeking direction to the trial Court to dispose the protest petition as expeditiously as possible.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner by referring "B" Diary Court proceedings submits that the application is adjourned periodically, without any progress by recording "Clarification".

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed with a direction to the trial Court to conclude to dispose the application in (*)Crl.M.P.No.1265 of 2022 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
