ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaints of the petitioner dated 09.03.2016 and 31.03.2016.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.116 of 2016 under Sections 294(b) and 354 IPC; 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 2002 and also under Section 76(1) of the Chit Funds Act, 1982.
