PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to dispose of the revision petition pending before him in Na.Ka.AA.2/Revision Petition No.6/2011 within stipulated time.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the revision petition pending before him in Na.Ka.AA.2/Revision Petition No.6/2011 within stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. In respect of the patta proceedings, a revision filed by the petitioner in the year 2011 in proceedings Na.Ka.AA.2/Revision Petition No.6/2011 is kept pending till this date. Therefore, the petitioner seeks for early disposal.

3. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, I only direct the second respondent to dispose of the revision, if not already disposed of so far, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, also by giving an opportunity of hearing to the third respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
