ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the Revision Petition dated 24.09.2025, by conducting a proper enquiry.

2. The petitioner preferred the revision petition as early as 24.09.2025, and the same has been pending for more than six months. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

3. The first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's Revision Petition dated 24.09.2025, conduct an enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to the rival claimants, if any, and pass appropriate orders within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
