For Respondent : Mr.M.Muthumanikkam, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER:-For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.195/2019 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER: The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 109, 120(b), 147, 148, 212, 302 & 341 of of I.P.C. in Crime No.195 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This is the second Anticipatory Bail petition filed by the petitioner. Earlier, the anticipatory bail petition was dismissed on the ground that the petitioner had attacked the deceased with deadly weapons. The other ground was that the petitioner had four previous cases.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that investigation of the case is not completed and final report has also not been filed.

4. The only change of circumstance, as alleged by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that, co-accused was released on statutory bail. There is no other ground or change of circumstance, for entertaining this petition.

5. Taking note of all these factors that there is no change of circumstances and also considering the facts that it is a case of murder and there is specific over tact alleged against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner.
