O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No.2 to register FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 02.08.2014 given by the petitioner and to initiate necessary action in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Crime No.238 of 2016 is registered by the respondent police on 31.05.2016 for offences under Sections 448, 294(b), 323, 506(i) and 379 IPC.

4. Recording the submission made, this criminal original petition is closed.
