ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register a case against the proposed accused on the basis of the complaint petition given by the petitioner on 15.02.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired into and the same has been closed and the closure report is stated to have been sent by registered post to the petitioner herein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the submission made, this petition is dismissed. However, it is always open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law.
