cancel the fraudulent sale deeds including vide Document Nos.50/1989, 81/1989, 121/1989, 158/1989, 3014/1993, 3015/1993, 3016/1993, 3017/1993, 3018/1993 registered at 4th respondent Sub Registrar Office, on the basis of petitioners representation dated 20.05.2022.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.05.2022.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 20.05.2022 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
