CONT.P(MD)No.816 of 2021 2.The Government of India has filed Special Leave Petition in C.No.7649 to 7654 of 2021, and by order dated 01.07.2021, notice has been ordered to the petitioners, returnable on 06.09.2021. 3.Hence, at this juncture, we cannot proceed with the contempt petition and it is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh contempt petition, if the need arises at the later point of time.
