2. The petitioner seeks issuance of joint patta.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader on written instructions states that the second respondent will conclude the enquiry and pass final order within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. He also submits that there is a rival claim from the local temple authorities.

4. I do not want to go into the merits of the matter. I only direct the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application within a period of four months.

5. 4. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The second respondent shall put all the interested parties on notice before passing final order. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other.
