The above petitions have been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 4 days in filing the appeals, challenging the order passed in GSICC.No.6 of 2025 dated 29.12.2025 on the file of the Gender Sensitization Internal Complaints Committee, Thoothukudi.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

Considering the facts and circumstances and taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, these petitions are ordered and the Registry is directed to number the appeals, if they are otherwise in order and list it for admission in the usual course.
