To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling the records of the respondent i.e., the District Collector, Ramanathapuram in his impugned proceedings in Na.Ka.V6/48819/2020 dt 13.01.2021 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to disburse the Encashment of Leave salary and Special Provident Fund No.I and II of the petitioner within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Honble Court and pass such other orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and render justice. This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order, dated 02.02.2021, made in W.P.(MD) No.1636 of 2021.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent made a submission that the order passed in the writ petition has been fully complied with by crediting the amount due to the petitioner in her bank account. This fact is also acknowledged by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Recording the above submission, the contempt petition is closed.
